Frigidaire FFBD2420UW 52 dBA White Built-In Dishwasher

It's 50% quieter than our old one, which makes for easier conversation when were are in the kitchen or dining room. We also like that it holds at least 33% more dishes, bowls, and silverware than our old unit. We also like the rinse agent feature, and the delayed start feature. Everything also just "feels" cleaner when the cycle is done compared to what we had before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is really nice, installation was very simple & quick. All instructions were very concise and easy to follow. We especially like the rinse option as we can rinse the cat dishes without needing to do a full dish load.

It gets really hot, I've melted a few plastic utensils. The utensil basket is in an location. It interferes with the placement of large dinner plates.

It actually feels like it is colored plastic. Shelves are not adjustable. It looks good from the outside, nice and clean interface. However, not too many cycle options.

IF YOU HAD ZERO STARS, THAT'S WHAT I'D RATE IT. INSTALKED 12TH OF FEBRUARY. SOUNDS LIKE IT WAS GOING INTO ORBIT. SERVICE CALL AFTER 3 DAYS! TECH HAD TO SCREW DOW A METAL PLATE THAT HAD A DIP IN IT DUE TO POOR MANUFACTURING. 2 WEEKS LATER BROKE DOWN. PROPELLER UNDER TOP SHELF HITTING PLATES ON BOTTOM WITH NO WAY TO ADJUST TOP RACK HIGHER. A TOTAL DISGRACE, CHEAP PIECE OF GARBAGE. WANT A FULL REFUND TO BUY ANYTHING BUT ANOTHER FRIGIDAIRE.
