manual shows the fridge is adjustable from the front - it isn't.

We bought this fridge a few months ago and loved its appearance. The stainless steel doors are magnetic and very sensitive to scratching. The tracks are suspended on the plastic inner shell so careful with heavy objects.

The leveling instructions are very poor. You have to tip the fridge back and turn the leveling feet until they touch the floor. This then disables the front rollers so it is difficult to get back into place without scratching the floor. There is no reason why leveling rollers could not be put onto this fridge. Frigidare takes the responsibility off themselves by stating in the installation instructions: "We recommend that you use a service or kitcher contracting profession to install your refrigerator." Obviously ease of installation is not a priority for this company.

Very loud. This fridge has been very loud since the day it arrived. Seems to be getting worse.

Bought in 2018, broke in 2020. Condensation in fridge, ice in fridge, and water leaking out the bottom. Outside of the 1 year manufacturer's warranty, and outside the additional 1 year extended I have. Need a new fridge after only 2 years! Terrible quality. AVOID!

My 4 year old son tried to open the door by holding on to the lower end of the handle and the screw came straight out upon further examination I can see that it was screwed into foam I checked the other side beneath the plastic button and there too is nothing but foam! I don't understand how a reputable company can design their product with such a flaw, did they not realize that some people have kids or even an adult may open the fridge by holding onto the lower end of the handle?!

While I chose this fridge based on the interior dimensions which seemed to suit my needs and it does its job of keeping things chilled, I hate this fridge. All the fridge door shelves are split down the middle and have been for years, and I have used several makeshift ways of holding the parts together because the replacement plastic parts are high priced and wouldn't last any more than the originals did. Even before they broke, the gap is so large that jars regularly fall out of the door shelves. More recently, the fridge handle broke and the bottom shelf's plastic frame is just abour ready to split right down the middle. I can't wait for the compressor to die (surely that will be soon judging by the quality of this product) so I can send it to the landfill where it belongs. Moral of the story, for me, is that it pays to pay more for a quality product.

I I bought the product 2 months ago, came with defects and stopped working a month after. Called support, and the technician fixed it, only so it would brake again a few weeks later. Do not reccomend the product or the brand. Will build up ice on the freezer, came with a cartoon piece at the back that's not supposed to be removed, cheap pieces, bad quality.

Bought model FFTR1821TS less than two months ago and makes so much noise ever few hours when it needs to cool. Really miss 15 year fridge!! Giving rating of one coz there's no zero rating

The repairman has to order a new compressor after the fridge is a week old!!!!
