Bought this fridge a month ago and we absolutely love it. We wanted a simple top freezer fridge with no frills or fancy features and we made the right choice with this iconic brand. The stainless steel feels smooth and actually doesn't smudge like advertised, for real! It even repels my kids dirty fingers. Most fridges have drawers sliding plastic on plastic that can often break, but all drawers in this model are all on wheels and have blue shock absorbers built into each of them and just feels smooth and premium, absolutely amazing. The compressor is not the quietest but due to how efficient it is, it barely goes off so it remains quite for most of the day. We love the overall modern design, it's not classic but it fits even with our rustic kitchen. The handle design is quite genius as you always place your hand in the same location when either opening the fridge or freezer and with slight pressure of your thumb it gently opens without having to jerk it like most models. Another plus of the handle design is that small children can't open it A+. Overall, SUPER happy with this purchase.
Bought the fridge 2 weeks ago and it's been running great, looks nice, easy to clean and the shelves feel sturdy. The only thing I find strange is the exposed Styrofoam in top vent in the fridge. Other than that, been very good to us!
LOVE my fridge- very spacious, freezer deep and wide. Had to replace a 20 years old fridge. We are a couple with a vegetable garden, grand kids visiting and Sunday dinners, and ample space to store our food and harvest! Was delivered on Jan 6th/25. Looks great in our kitchen and works well so far. Very happy
We've had our new fridge for about 3 weeks now & absolutely love it! It's way more spacious than our old fridge. The full size deli drawer is a nice touch. The shelves on the door are much wider than our previous fridge. The top freezer is a very big plus. No more digging to the bottom looking for things. Everything is in plain sight, & nicely organized. Highly recommend this fridge model!!
Had to replace a french door with bottom freezer drawer and this fridge has so much more room!! Happy with this purchase!!!
I have been using this Fridgidaire Refrigerator for a couple of weeks but am still amazed how much room there is inside the Freezer and Refrigerator. The shelves in both areas are plenty to arrange all foods neatly. Love this unit
It's only been two weeks, but I like that the freezer has a shelf rather than the bottom freezer basket.it's easier to find things. I sometimes bump my head (till I get used to it I suppose.). I like the brightness of the interior and don't mind the shelves that are one piece across. Most important will be longevity so let's see.
As the title mentions, the fridge is working well a couple weeks in. It looks good as far as replacing the visual aesthetic of my previous fridge. I'm happy with the amount of space and options for customizing shelving positions. The light is nice and bright. Less than a perfect score mostly for the door orientation flip process - I felt it could have been a bit easier and a bit better documented in the instructions, and some of the screws were almost stripped due to having to use excessive force on holes that were a bit too snug.
I bought this because our old fridge was leaking water all the time. This one has more space for everything. the only thing we miss is the dial. The digital lights to show cold or coldest is not a great feature. actual numbers to see the cold setting you are on is nice to have which this one does not have. We have always found the digital to be the first thing to go on our new devices so we will see how well this one will work.
I bought this fridge a couple of months ago and the quality is so bad! We previously had a GE that came with the house. It was still ok but old (at least 10 years) so we decided to get a new one as the wait times for a new one are long and that is something you really can't wait for. Our old GE has no broken trays or issues. This new Frigidaire though, just two months in has two damage crispers and one broken tray. One of the crispers has a broken wheel too. Is like the thing is falling apart. Things in the back of the fridge freeze, so there is no even temperature distribution. The crispers are too small and the way they are at the bottom make it hard to store things as is not totally flat, but curved and just makes it extra-easy for things to tip and spill (fun!) Apparently the warranty doesn't cover fragile parts so don't worry too much into how it looks. Also, the doors often stay halfway closed, which makes it easy for kids to leave it open or to think you close the freezer only to get up and get your head banged by the springy freezer door. I don't think I would ever buy another Frigidaire fridge, and I don't think I would buy replacements of the same bad, fragile quality.
