I bought it around 1 month ago. It's easy to install, easy to connect to my Wi-Fi with the app Frigidaire. I've got a 8000 BTU last year and my new 10 000 BTU is incredible. Wow very quiet and powerfull. As quiet as the 8000 BTU. I install all both for room around 15 x 12 foot and they work very well.

Very nice air conditioner. I linked the air conditioner with Alexa so I can adjust the temperature from my phone. Very satisfied with this product. Recommend

i received the AC, the box was damaged severely, and the AC was damaged so bad that i took pictures. It was a hassle to return to Walmart store and get a refund, which I'm still waiting for the return. I was really disappointed in the shipment, damaged product, and the hoops I had to go through to return and still haven't received my money back.

Since I bought the item I had an issue with the remote. It does not work. Tried changing batteries, notified vendor for replacement, let Walmart know about the issue and still no response from vendor. Would not recommend this product. The company's customer service is horrible.

just took it out of the box and its damaged you can tell someone dropped it i seen a lot of reviews said theirs came damaged but i thought i would try it anyway... big mistake never ordering another AC through Walmart again.. currently trying to return it

I got it but had not been able to install it until today! After it was in; the electrician could not get it to turn on! It hums as if it wants to run but fan is not turning!! He thinks that it was dropped in shipment- as best as he could tell it appears as if it is shifted in side and he can see two lose bolts . So my ac is not working! I pd for installation and now removal and no working ac!! Very upset and I could call ups or fed ex I forget who delivered but they will not admit to anything! And no way of proving when it was damaged- in warehouse? In shipping? When delivered? I hope they make this right. Buyer beware ! Item was clearly mishandled box was destroyed A.C actually looked used . 👎

Very disappointed. I read mixed reviews on this so i was hoping this would work out for me. I was wrong! Not cold at all. It is blowing room temperature air and it's brand new out of the box. Complete waste of my time and money!

It turned on but didn't blow which made it useless.
