What a wonderful addition to my kitchen. Not only does it look great it does a great job! I was actually happy to get rid of my “ no longer working” Samsung piece of crap! Thank you for designing an easy to load and unload dishwasher thst goes a really, really good job!

We did a lot of research before we purchased this dishwasher. it has exceeded our expectations. This machine is extremely quiet. We can barely hear it running. It is nice to have the blue light that indicates when the cycle is complete. There is ample room for dishes. We use the third rack for silverware and often remove the silverware rack although there is still plenty of room when using it. The dishes are always clean and usually dry. We use the normal cycle most frequently. The 30 minute cycle is adequate for lightly soiled plates and tupperware but have a tea towel hamdy for drying. No complaints. I highly recommend this product.

We splurged a little on our new dishwasher and don't regret it in the least. Our dishes come out clean and dry, even without being rinsed (our old dishwasher we pretty much had to wash the plates before putting them in; it was that bad). My only complaint would be the time it takes to run, but for how good of a job it does, I'll take it. Also, the third tray at the top is amazing for large utensils and things!

After purchasing a Frigidaire Professional refrigerator and being completely satisfied we followed up with a Frigidaire dishwasher… although we have not completed our kitchen renovation and had the opportunity to hook up the dishwasher plumbing yet… we are pleased with the matching appearance and did not want to compromise quality, we see no reason not to expect the same great Frigidaire is delivering! Great job Frigidaire!

This is a super quiet dishwasher however it does not dry completely. The dishwasher is damaged and no service person will come to our location. All in all a thumbs up for whisper sound when in use however does not always leave dishes dry and super disappointed with the damage and no solution to fix it.

We have 4 kids so when we designed our kitchen, we decided to put 2 dishwashers in. we purchased 2 of these professional dishwashers and the matching full fridge and full freezer. We are very disappointed with the dishwashers. After 2 1/2 years, one of the dishwashers doesn't work anymore! Had it checked by an appliance repair guy(at my cost since we're past warranty) but because it's not giving error codes and just shuts off mid cycle, there is no way of knowing what is going on. Our appliance repair guy was completely stumped. We were told it was either motherboard or keypad, no way to know unless we change them, which would cost more than a new one! We always got error codes on both, they are really finicky. The bottom rack always falls off it's tracks so hard to slide back in. Doesn't do the best cleaning job either. Save your money. Now we're stuck with one that works, And one that doesn't and just sits there. We don't want to buy a new dishwasher since we would have to buy two or it won't match as we wouldn't buy Frigidaire again.

There has been problems since I bought this dishwasher. Often stops before the end of the cycle and makes a grinding noise for a while before stopping again I had it checked and a part needed to be replaced, but it started doing the same thing again soon after.

We recently bought the entire professional series of appliances for our new kitchen. We've been using the dishwasher for about five months now - we've had to pull it out and fix it on 2 separate occasions because it would not drain due to clogging in the drainage tube and now it just doesn't turn on. I'm so disappointed and I've waited such a long time to have new higher end appliances

I didn't think it was possible, but my dishes come out dirtier than they go in, specifically on the top rack. I pre-rinse all dishes and we put cups in there that only had water in them and they come out with baked on crud all over them. The dishwasher now stops mid cycle and won't complete the wash (not that it matters because a complete wash is still filthy). Now we're also struggling to get the door to latch closed to be able to start a cycle. We'll be buying a different brand to replace it, as it is creating more work for us than if we just hand washed everything.

by far worst designed dishwasher ever! Top rack utensils NEVER get cleaned Loc function turns on for smallest of reasons and such a pain to try and turn off Lower utensil holder has space on either side that utensils just slide through and land in the bottom of the unit
