This is the second time I've purchased these filters. I change them every 6 months. Purchasing as a combo makes it so convenient. Easy to install.

Wrong air filter
You sent the correct refrigerator water filter but the wrong air filter. Since it came together I just threw the air filter away. Wouldn't order this way again!!!!

Terrible service. I tried ordering a Water filter for my Frigidaire and it asked to add the Air Filter that went with so I did so I wouldn't need to order separately. The Air filter doesn't fit, I have tried to return but they are telling me I need to return both but its suggested by Frigidaire to not run the fridge without the water filter so I have ask them to ship me a new water filter so I can return the combo and they are of zero help. Their slogan is “Better Company Better Solutions” and it couldn't be father from the truth as they have not be helpful or accommodating.
