I have my new Frigidaire fridge for 7 months now and I never thought this 23 cu ft fridge would make me so happy. Initially we planned to purchase a 32 cu ft Frigidaire, but it wasn't meant to be due to counter restrictions. But I discovered I didn't need the extra volume. Surprisingly, this fridge is so well put together that I have more than enough space. I have yet to completely fill it up! And I can organize the little bottles and jars on the door like a filing system....quick and easy to locate a small jar. The lower cooling drawer is useful to provide a fast chill for canned drinks and special meats and cheeses. The inside ice maker frees up space for more storage and useful for larger gatherings. No frost buildup in the roomy lower freezer....Yaay!
We purchased this fridge about 1 month ago, and are really happy with our purchase. I like the fact that the doors bins are very spacious and there is enough room to space them out so you can store tall items. Even though we aren't using the water and ice features there is still plenty of room. I really like the amount of space in the fridge area, even though it is counter depth. Having a smaller fridge is better as it feels fuller when you come back from the grocery store. The freezer is a little bit small or my liking, but since we have a deep freeze in your basement, it is manageable. We bought this fridge to replace our LG that died after 2.5 years. We are hoping that this fridge lives longer than the extended warranty. Fridges should carry warranties like a furnance (12 years), as those two investments are critical for a home to run!
I always worry when I purchase a new appliance because things usually go wrong a year or two after they've been installed. So far this refrigerator is working great!
Bought in recently and love it. Like the fact the water dispenser inside the door and ice in freezer for the front of fridge to have the clean sleek surface.
The counter depth suits our kitchen well. So happy with this product.
This fridge has plenty of room and is very nicely lit. The texture on the handles is a bit rough though and pick up grime. Freezer drawer has lots of space for sorting frozen items into bins. Bins mean though there is always something on the bottom that you need. It is unobtrusive in the room which is great. Have not operated it long enough to give feedback on how it functions. So far has frozen things in deli drawer so I need to learn how it adjusts to our life.
We looked at many different models and makes before deciding on this model. The space and features offered were what we wanted. It is quiet and simple to understand
The refrigerator looks great and the layout is excellent. Nevertheless I'm glad I have the extended warranty. Had the repair guy out twice in less than a year. First to address an intermittent loud operating noise (did not happen while they were here for their 15 minute visit so nothing was fixed even though I had a video with the noise). Second time was primarily to repair the water dispenser which dripped for some time after each use and to again address the noise. Drip was repaired but nothing done about the noise. I worry about the quality of these refrigerators. Thankfully I purchased a 5 year extended warranty. I'm pretty sure I will need to use it several times over the remains years.
So purchases this same refrigerator in November of 2025. We had issues with it from the start. Anyway they needed up giving us a new fridge. After being 3 weeks without a fridge this one seems to be way better then my original one.
I purchased a Frigidaire Refrigerator GRFG2353AF, and on May 24th, the fridge stopped working. The fridge's electrical panel busted, and it stopped worked entirely with no electrical power. I have two small children, and having no fridge is an incredible difficulty. As of June 15th, today, I still do not have a working fridge due to the outrageous wait to have it repaired with their chosen repair company. To have a "high quality" fridge quite within 2 months of purchase is insane, and to have it take over a month (we are not expected to get it repaired until end of June) is even crazier. Do better.
