This is a very good dishwasher. The racks are designed properly to hold dishes well. It seems roomy and when full all dishes get cleaned. The cutlery bin has dividers so cutlery gets cleaned properly as they are separated equally. There are many options to choose from but we typically just use the normal wash and dry. We've only had this for two weeks but am very pleased with its operation.
What a great dishwasher. Lots of room even when I do my baking and cooking. Love the upper rack for larger spoons and ladles. The way the rack for the cups/glasses is set up, makes it easy to clean all the various sizes and shapes of glasses we use. This dishwasher cleans extremely well
We've had the dishwasher installed for about a month and it meets expectation. The dishwasher is quiet and cleans the dishes, its a similar model that we had before with exception the Cleaning Boost. Only time will tell on longevity and performance.
So far it's working well. I love the cutlery tray on top, and it does a great job cleaning dishes. The only issues are not really problems - the controls are very sensitive and get accidentally bumped all the time, and the handle on the basket on the bottom drawer seems to stick out just enough that it catches when the drawer slides in and out.
This is one of the quietest dishwashers I have ever owned which is definitely a great feature in open concept. It does a great job cleaning. More flexibility with the racks is my only complaint - love the third tray for cutlery, the middle tray needs more ways to stop glasses from sliding sideways and the bottom tray could use more flexible rows. Overall, I am very pleased with this dishwasher.
Bought this dishwasher 4 months ago, only use when company comes (used only 5 times) and I was very disappointed to see the trim on the door handle is lifting. I see I'm not the only one with the exact same problem and in the same spot based on the photos posted by others - seems to be a common problem! This is a big disappointment as appliances are expensive and it won't be covered under the one year warranty! Should be metal and not plastic!
We've had this dishwasher for a couple of months now. When I first started using it, I would always choose the Normal cycle. The cycle would go at least an hour longer than first estimated, and when it would be finished, the water would be drained out but the residual water in the tub would still be opaque; full of detergent. This happened regularly on all of the cycles with the soil sensing feature. I reduced the amount of detergent and it would still happen. I then started using the Quick cycle, which does not have the soil sensing feature. The residual water at the end of the cycle is clean and clear, and almost always the dishes are perfectly clean. Pretty amazing for a 30 minute wash cycle. I'd still like to be able to use the longer cycles for the more heavily soiled items, but it's not worth it if it takes upwards of four hours and I still have to run a quick cycle to rinse afterwards. Otherwise, would be a 5+ star review.
Purchased less than a month ago had to replace third rack broken plastic dividers for utensils and unglueing of trim on same rack. Quality of rack questionable. Customer service was helpful and sent replacement. But after only 2 loads of dishes that is unacceptable. Washes dishes well drying not an issue must use rinse aid.
My last few dish washers heated the water so it was steaming hot to clean and this one doesn't. I also find the heat dry still leaves dishes wet on the maximum drying setting. I never had to use the dry setting before this dishwasher because of the hot water rinse I am guessing.
After not even a year already receiving an error code E 20 which online tells me that's a drain code but it's draining fine. I message Teppermans where I bought it. They tell me to message my third-party warranty provider. The third-party warranty provider tells me I still have warranty through the manufacturer. I go to Frigidaire, their website gives errors. Finally I get sent to Electrolux. I go to Electrolux. They tell me I still have warranty to so I submit a service request. The company that Electrolux hires to do the service questions my warranty and tells me they can't come to fix it until they confirm with Frigidaire next time I will buy Bosch.
