This is a very good dishwasher. The racks are designed properly to hold dishes well. It seems roomy and when full all dishes get cleaned. The cutlery bin has dividers so cutlery gets cleaned properly as they are separated equally. There are many options to choose from but we typically just use the normal wash and dry. We've only had this for two weeks but am very pleased with its operation.
We bought this dishwasher 3 months ago and we are so pleased with it ! We kept hearing others recommend another brand but we stuck to our gut instincts and purchased all new Frigidaire appliances. Could not be happier, it is silent, and the dishes, cutlery, glasses are clean and spotless !!! Love the third rack for cooking utensils ! I would give it 6 stars if I could.
This is one of the quietest dishwashers I have ever owned which is definitely a great feature in open concept. It does a great job cleaning. More flexibility with the racks is my only complaint - love the third tray for cutlery, the middle tray needs more ways to stop glasses from sliding sideways and the bottom tray could use more flexible rows. Overall, I am very pleased with this dishwasher.
So far it's working well. I love the cutlery tray on top, and it does a great job cleaning dishes. The only issues are not really problems - the controls are very sensitive and get accidentally bumped all the time, and the handle on the basket on the bottom drawer seems to stick out just enough that it catches when the drawer slides in and out.
I purchased this dishwasher last month.. it cleans really well and is definitely more quiet than my previous Bosch one. The only issue that I'm having is that my dinner plates fall over. The glass rack is in lower position to accommodate wine glasses w/stems, so I'm thinking when sliding bottom tray in, it's catching on the upper sprayer 🥴 I love the dry boost feature, that's what sold me on this particular model .. too bad there's no try, swap purchase plan.
We did a kitchen renovation and replaced all of our appliances. Our precious dishwasher was so loud we couldn't hear the tv so only ran it overnight. Even that we could hear it from our bedroom changing cycles. This new dishwasher is so quiet, you care barely hear it at all. It cleans well. I like the light that illuminates to the floor- blue while running to white to tell you it is done. Good to have since it's so quiet. Love the third rack for serving spoons and plastic lids. It took time to remember items in the third rack as not used to having it, but very handy. Very sleek appearance with buttons hidden on upper side of the door.
Bought this dishwasher 4 months ago, only use when company comes (used only 5 times) and I was very disappointed to see the trim on the door handle is lifting. I see I'm not the only one with the exact same problem and in the same spot based on the photos posted by others - seems to be a common problem! This is a big disappointment as appliances are expensive and it won't be covered under the one year warranty! Should be metal and not plastic!
We've had this dishwasher for a couple of months now. When I first started using it, I would always choose the Normal cycle. The cycle would go at least an hour longer than first estimated, and when it would be finished, the water would be drained out but the residual water in the tub would still be opaque; full of detergent. This happened regularly on all of the cycles with the soil sensing feature. I reduced the amount of detergent and it would still happen. I then started using the Quick cycle, which does not have the soil sensing feature. The residual water at the end of the cycle is clean and clear, and almost always the dishes are perfectly clean. Pretty amazing for a 30 minute wash cycle. I'd still like to be able to use the longer cycles for the more heavily soiled items, but it's not worth it if it takes upwards of four hours and I still have to run a quick cycle to rinse afterwards. Otherwise, would be a 5+ star review.
My last few dish washers heated the water so it was steaming hot to clean and this one doesn't. I also find the heat dry still leaves dishes wet on the maximum drying setting. I never had to use the dry setting before this dishwasher because of the hot water rinse I am guessing.
We have had many Frigidaire products in the past and have been very pleased with their quality, so we were looking forward to using this dishwasher. However, even with the max boost, this machine does not get the dishes dry. The third tier tray stays wet and drips water down onto the lower dishes when the trays are pulled out to empty the dishwasher. This means we have to hand dry all the dishes. Very dissatisfied customers
