It's very nice! Quiet, quick and compact! Smaller than I expected but it makes ice so quick I don't miss a bigger ice maker! We love it! Makes that good nugget ice like sonic!

I love my nugget ice maker! Not as loud as a previous ice maker I purchased. I love that you can place your cup/glass on the tray and press a button for automatic ice! I highly recommend!

Lots of noise have to get use to it and adding water read oh please read the manual it helps but it's ok all together

Undecided
I've been searching and searching for a good ice nugget machine. Decided to give this one a try but I'm not 100% satisfied for the price and thinking about returning it. Pros: Looks great on counter top, fast delivery. Cons: it is loud when making ice (louder than my fridge or anything in my house really). It doesn't hold a lot of ice. Sure it can make 33 lbs of ice per day but only holds about two 16oz cups of ice. This product also advertises “nugget” ice but they are actually squares not nuggets. The shape doesn't bother me as much as the noice level.

I like the the concept of the dispenser. I don't like that you cannot take it apart to clean it. I replaced it with the GE Opal. One other thing this is my second Frigidaire ice maker, that one lasted less than a year and it terrible trying to work with the warranty company to get it replaced.

Leaks!
Just got it and hooked it up. Leaking out the bottom…made sure all hoses were on but still leaks. Very disappointing since I waited a while for this to be back in stock.

most expensive worst countertop ice maker, cubes small, melt right away but NOISE UNBELIEVABLE cant sleep because of it
