The ice maker is very easy to make ice, but it takes a little while for it to make the ice. It takes about 40 minutes. I like the ball shape, because it's larger than regular ice cubes, it melts a little slower and if placed in a thermos, it will keep all day. With this ice cube, I am enjoying this summer.

I love this Ice Maker. so cool to use it . I can make some ice balls to save in the Freezer. it is great to put it in a bottle, it can make the water cooler for one hour

this ice maker works well. I like the sphere ice. it produces 2 spheres ice approximately every half hour. The ice compartment can only hold a maximum of 10 ice spheres.

I love how easy this ice maker is to use – one button operation after filling it with water, and ice is ready in just 30 minutes! It's compact and doesn't take up much counter space. Highly recommended!

One of my relatives bought me one of these ice machines and I had to send it back because it would not work so I ordered another one and when I ordered it instead of sending one out, they sent me out to and charged my account for two of them which was almost $1000 now I plugged each one. The first one I plugged in did the same thing as the other one would not make ice so I thought out of curiosity I'm just gonna try the second one that they sent me that I was gonna return anyway and I tried that and it did the same thing so there is three brand new icemakers that I bought from this company And none of them worked all of my headaches and parties and different things that I had ordered these for was terrible. I think something should be done and you should reimburse me for something.

I would give this no stars if possible!!!! We ran this machine for 36hrs straight and no ice made!!!! We've tried everything and nothing worked.

I ordered 2 different times and neither unit worked. When contacting support, they clearly stated that they do not do support for not working, only to return it to the store. So that's what I did.

We've purchased 2 of these and none of them work.We've let them go for 2 days running and new ice.The first one had an electrical short in it.Try it again no luck on ice!! Don't waste your money
