Frigidaire Gallery Nugget Ice Maker, 44 Pounds (Black)

We have been using the ice maker for about a month. We love the size of the ice. Much better and smaller than those tubes of ice made by most other makers. It is a little louder and produces heat out the side exhaust port. Quantity of ice is perfect for a small gathering.

Nuggets are great - They stay cold a lot longer than I expected. There are plenty to supply our whole office as much as anyone wants. The white noise is a tiny bit loud but not a big deal

Great little machine. Really enjoying the nugget ice. I like a lot of them ice in my drinks and this provides a it. So far, no issues. Will update later after I've had the machine for some time. So far, it's worth the money

It's loud for a kitchen that is attached to your living room. If one has a closet or something to put this thing into it would be fine to leave on. I use it to make a full container and then put it into a gallon ziplock bag and store in the freezer. It works pretty good for that but it's annoying. There is a little electric motor that kicks on to spin a little bent arm that is loud. The sound of it reminds me of the old barrel ice cream makers with the rock salt. If they could insulate that little motor from the noise it would be a fantastic little product.

Ove the nuggets

Bought this and loved the ice! It was easy to clean, and made plenty of ice. My dream come true! And then sadly it started making this insane noise and i had to choose between my heading and my love for ice. I really hoped this would have fulfilled my ice addiction. The ice is great when the machine works, but sadly it died very quickly

Have to return it. Does not work

I loved this ice machine for about 2 weeks. It made the perfect little ice nuggets like Sonic's ice and it made enough for the whole family to use. After 2 weeks, it broke and flooded the counters and floors. It did have small ground up plastic shards in the bottom. What a shame! Nothing is reliable any more. It's all junk! Frigidaire isn't what it used to be.
