[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new refrigerator for over a week now, and absolutely love it! The inside water dispenser is a wonderful feature, and the ice maker is amazing. The design of the bottom drawer freezer makes it easy store freezer items, and easy to retrieve them. The added "deli" drawer beneath the other 2 drawers is perfect for cheeses, bacon, etc. We highly recommend this refrigerator!

Efficient Fridge for small spaces

LaurenPi December 20, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are loving our new fridge - originally we didn’t need a water dispenser but actually love this one and the ice bucket is large but we are able to turn the ice off once it is full as well. We also love th bottom drawer freezer and pizza slot as well. It’s so much easier to organize the freezer now. The fridge door also holds an impressive amount of stuff. Overall very happy without purchase and it fits with room to spare in our small space we had to work with.

Love the ice maker and the space

LucT June 11, 2026

My wife bought this frig a few weeks ago. We love it! The ice maker works flawlessly, the space is well designed, we can see easily what we have. The freezer space is also very practical despite negative comments. Time will tell but so far in love with it!

Great refrigerator

Great1234 May 31, 2026

This frig is roomy, adaptable shelves so that you can customize it to your needs. Ample freezer space for a pullout, and the ice machine works fast to ensure you have a good supply of ice. We would not hesitate to recommend this refrigerator for purchase.

I'm very pleased with this fridge I recently bought. It's very sleek looking without the handle ( which I have reached for in the beginning hundred a times )the inside configuration gives it a spacious look and the quality is first class. Love it.🫶

Love My New Fridge

Sue820 June 7, 2026

We purchased four new Frigidaire appliances about a month ago. I really like them all with very few concern. We did have trouble adjusting the shelves to accommodate tall milk and juice containers, we had to store all tall containers in the door. Also while getting food out of the freezer the ice maker dumped the ice,it went under the freezer drawer and on the floor.

Frigidaire 20 cu ft refrigerator with bottom freezer

Shealillo November 12, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got this fridge, but so far so good. This is my first fridge with no handle so that takes some getting use to. I bought this because all the other ones in this size ( we are limited due to upper cabinets) have a wire basket in the freezer drawer and if something falls out of a bag when you open the freezer drawer it will fall onto your kitchen floor. ( No thanks!) This one has a solid closed in drawer. It’s not quite as big as my other one but I have an extra freezer so no issues. So as of now I’m very happy with my purchase.

Seriously

Fidget Air November 24, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our 20 year old GE Monogram bottom freezer/fridge began its death rattle we were very worried. I had read enough reviews about GEs general decline that we knew that was not for us. We came across the Frigidaire Gallery bottom freezer and are in refrigeration bliss! We aren't used to the convenience of the ice maker and water in the fridge but we appreciate inside dispenser. It seems like that configuration will add to the reliability of the fridge. This was also a good fit for our tight space. Thanks and great design!

Great fridge overall, but shelving spacing could be improved

Rose2432 January 31, 2026

We've had this fridge for just over a week now we are mostly satisfied. We bought the Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator to match our newly purchased Frigidaire Gallery wall oven as we are slowly trying to upgrade our very dated kitchen. That was the primary reason we had selected this particular model. Since purchased and set up for use we've realized a few things that we love and dislike about this fridge. First thing to note is the size! This fridge has so much space for having a single door (we dislike French doors as they tend to squeak over time and have generally found them annoying). The amount of space you have both in the main compartment and on the doors is beautiful! Plus the small pull out crisper under the 2 main ones, and the strange little small shelf on the bottom of the door add even more space. The freezers double layer is also such a space saver and the buckets are nicely deep and easy to move when needed. The light for the fridge is also a nice slow to bright light, very easy on the eyes and very illuminating. One thing I'm hoping to see works as well as advertised was the fresh saver filter. We are big on using baking soda, but the box is ugly and annoying, so if this filter works as promised that would be a lovely surprise. The doors are easy enough for my 3 year old to open without difficulty with the hidden handles and the entire exterior is very sinple to wipe clean. Now to share a few things we have discovered early on that we dislike about this particular fridge. The number one issue we have is the shelving space. In order to be able to place a gallon of milk (upright) the shelves need to be spaced out in a way that leaves one shelf so small you can hardly fit your fist between the shelves. Very not ideal. However there IS space on the door to hold a gallon (or several gallons), as long as the door shelves are spaced properly as well. Yet even the doors shelf spacing is less than ideal as it would be nicer to have just 2 more spaces of headroom to put in milk jugs. It's made it difficult for the littlest to put milk Back in (can get it out ok). But yeah, slightly annoying. Thats been the biggest setback for us. Another irk we've had is with the crisper drawers. They have the be pulled out and pushed in at JUST the right angle of they stick. Not just a little, but every time, all 3 main crisper are stubborn that way. They also do not feel very strong for crisper drawers but they are what they are. This fridge is also quite a bit louder than our last fridge, but maybe thats because it's still brand new. One last thing that has bothered us is that the main door to the fridge does not close automatically. When opened all the way, the magnetic strip prevents the door from easing closed, and many times, even when pushing the door closed, you have to go back because the door wasn't pushed hard enough and it just swings back open. Overall this really is a great fridge so far, could be greatly improved by adding more slots to adjust shelving heights. It's only about 2 inches too short to keep milk on the interior shelf. As long as the crispers hold up with the kids making their school lunches and getting snacks every day we'll be happy. Here's to hoping it lasts longer than our last fridge!

Good fridge overall, slightly annoying to install, door a little stiff.

Rebecca K June 17, 2026

We've had the fridge for a few weeks and like it overall. Good space in the fridge, a little less than we're used to in the freezer due to the ice but we're ok with it. It looks great in our small kitchen. Changing the door opening direction was not as simple as we would have hoped, and the parts did not come pre-greased (we had to go out and purchase grease to prevent it from squeaking). The door also does not close very easily - you really need to close it the whole way as it does not swing closed all the time, even when properly levelled. This was noted in reviews before we bought it and is ultimately not a huge issue. Overall, good experience and like the fridge, it looks good and seems to be of good quality.
