it arrived on time, but 1 of the wheels was broken. so i had to wait over 1 week to have another wheel sent to me. but overall, it works great, and i haven't had any issues with it. thank you.

The AC works great. Only complaint is that the window connection isnt great. Instructions were definitely a little confusing. It seems like for most windows, the plastic extension will need to be cut to match the length of the window. Make sure to have an exacto knife handy.

I bought this unit when my AC wasn't working and I couldn't have chosen the right brand. I love Frigidaire products and never knew they had portable ac units until I saw it on QVC. I just love the style and the performance of it. The remote control makes it even more productive. I would recommend this product to any and everyone. Had this for almost 2 months and I looooove it, my room get extremely hot and humid in the summer so this was perfect, the only thing I dont like is the hooking up the window part, it pops out alot so like another reviewer on this product I had to use tape but overall it's the best thing I have bought! I bought this about a week ago to replace my 6000btu window air conditioner I ran it for days now and will not drop my bedroom with doors closed past 26 degrees Celsius and this is 10,000 btu my old window one thats 6000 btu would drop the temperature to 18 degrees Celsius in minutes very unhappy with this air conditioner.

I bought this a few weeks ago. since then I have received a very high electric bill. trying to find out if this is energy star efficient? The toll-free number they provide online, recording says, this number is not available in my area. really. i need to know now.

Bought two units, both worked first year, but now will not cool. Filters cleaned, etc. but these units die or leak out refrigerant after 1 year of use. Warning: Do not buy this piece of junk. Only one year warranty, so you are screwed after one year and have a non working AC unit on your hands.
