This dishwasher is so quite, easy to load, top rack great for large utensils and interior finish excellent quality, was surprised how quite, best built and quality fit finish just superb, the of all so quite. LOVE IT. puts other brands to shame, best of all made in ITALY
We are going on two months with this dishwasher and couldn't be more pleased. Besides looking great, it cleans effectively, efficiently, and quietly. Plus it is very versatile for loading different dishes. The floor lights for running and finished loads are an added bonus.
Have been using the dishwasher for about a month and seems to be working fine. Silent operation for the most part and all the dishes get clean. Looks good too. The only minor issues keeping it from a 5 star is the bottom rack isn't the most user friendly and gets stuck on the door. The door also requires considerable force to open which is a bit of a pain with dishes in hand.
We used to have a Bosch diswasher and only reason we changed it out was to have the matching set with range and fridge. Everything on this dishwasher is very light weight and feels cheap. Also quite a bit louder than the 10 year old Bosch we used to own.
I was totally unaware that this model of Frigidaire Pro dishwasher, which is the top-of-the-line model does not come with a heating element. I never even thought that that was a possibility as every other dishwasher I have ever owned has had one. As a result in order to get the dishes dry, you must put the cycle on one of the very long run times you can no longer stuff load of dishes into your dishwasher half an hour before your company arrives for dinner and get the dishes done and dry and put away before they arrive at your door. Yes, there is a short cycle, but it does not dry the dishes. You have to hand dry them. They charge you more for top of the line and give you less.
Mostly great! Quiet, washes well and the spotlight indicating in use and complete is nice. However, dishes do not dry on the normal cycle, even when the Max Boost is at the highest level (yes I'm using a drying agent). If I want my dishes completely dry I need to use the Heavy cycle every time.
Cleans dishes well enough. But a normal cycle that is supposed to take 2 hours 15 minutes ends up taking 3 1/2 hours! My previous 25 year old dishwasher would only take about 90 minutes! This one takes more than double the time. Not impressed! Is this normal? Real waste of electricity.
The dish rack is too narrow for a plate. When stacking the plates they will constantly fall over when closing the lower rack. The cutlery holder will hit the side of the dishwasher when closing the lower rack. On the positive the unit looks nice but not worth the money of the “professional” version.
Have owned this for 1.5 years and have continued issues with the disahwer not being able to pump out water and e20 codes
Dishwasher was not assembled correctly, the manufacturer installed handle is upside down. Service tech has to take the whole door apart to fix it
