Replaced an 9 year old Samsung (which I would never purchase again). Two weeks in, loving it.

I only have the Professional refrigerator for 1 week, but it is far superior in quality to the Samsung. I also have the Professional stove they has been problem free since purchased in 2021.

The middle rack can alternate between a freezer and fridge depending on your needs. Very happy with it so far

Looks good both outside and inside. Functional divisions for your items. Segmented drinks area. In house water machine spits water with good pressure. Sufficient space. Ice machine(s). One for the freezer and one for your drink. Probably one too many ice machines, but if that's what the contemporary market wants then who am I to protest. Both work. Ice is reasonably sized and freezer has room for large ice cube trays if you're a person who likes a cube with their brown liquor.

We've had our Frigidaire counter-depth refrigerator for about two weeks now, and we're really happy with it so far. The flexible drawer has been a total game changer—it's incredibly convenient to switch between extra refrigerator or freezer space depending on what we need at the time. The sleek, professional-series design looks fantastic and instantly elevated the overall look of our kitchen. It feels modern and high-end without being over the top. The double ice maker has also been a huge plus, especially when hosting friends or having family over—no more worrying about running out of ice. Lastly, the flexible shelving has been super useful for when we have taller items which seemed to always be a challenge in the past. Overall, this refrigerator has been a great upgrade for us. It's functional, stylish, and well thought out, and we're very happy with it so far.

There's so much storage and customizable organization, I need more groceries to fill it all! Icing on the cake: the flex-temp drawer chills the crispest Diet Coke you could ask for.

We shopped all makes and models and narrowed down to this one. Still getting used to the temperature controlled pull out drawer, a nice feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Appearance and style are both good. The refrigerator and freezer both maintained a good temperature range. Wasn't expecting an ice bucket in the freezer, would like to use that space for more frozen goods

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very nice and stylish fridge and freeze combo. Being able to change the function of the top drawer from fridge to freezer is a nice option. Not sure how often we will use it. WiFi connection is nice, but again not sure if we will really use it to adjust anything. The unit does well at keeping the items cold and frozen. I do wish the unit showed the actual temps and not the set temps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great fridge but led lights from under the right door and under the flex doors are missing. The left one is there but not the right one. It makes it so that when the flex door is open, only the left side is illuminated. For such an expensive fridge, I hoped for nicer lighting. I may have to return it if no one gets back to me on a fix. I tried chatting several times, but I just get cut off and no one helps me. The fridge compressor is also a little loud.
