Frigidaire PureSource Ultra II Water Filter, EPTWFU01, Reduces 99% Contaminants

When receive the shipping package was lousy did not protect the filter from getting damaged. The shipping package itself was not in such good shape., The box the Frigidaire filter comes in, was not in the best shape. I was going to return it, but opening the box the filter was factory sealed, and it does work, so I did not return it. The seller needs to pack the item better than a cheap envelope wrap basically. The price is very affordable., Filter is genuine true Frigidaire filter same thing you would find in a store somewhere. Works great so far.

Love the boot now, didn't like them at first, they hurt my feet on the first hour, but now they are fine. Super easy to put on, a little bit harder to take out, suitable when you need to go out fast and it snowy outside. great protection againts water.

Taste of water tastes like rubber even after emptying 1.5 gallons as instructed. The labels on the filter are different from the labels on the filter I bought from Lowes. See photos.

This seller sent me a fake water filter. It started leaking as soon as it was installed. As seen in my attached pictures, the genuine frigidaire filter is longer in length and has a rubber like seal at the water inlet.

I read the reviews and thought maybe it was a fluke but NO this is not proper filter. Have replaced filter every 6m never had issue until this item- now it's leaking. Walmart please remove this item it makes one question integrity of all items offered at “good price” thru your website

I was shocked when I tried to install the filter in my refrigerator which I've had for 7 years and never had a problem installing filters every six months. This one would not go in all the way so it isn't something I can use. I examined the new one with the old one I removed. There is a slight difference in the tooling of the new filter compared to the old one. I have normally gotten the filters directly from Frigidaire but decided to order from Walmart this time to save a little money. They are unusable for my fridge so I returned them. I am waiting for the ones I now ordered from Frigidaire. I don't still have the original packaging from my old filter so I don't know if the company "updated" their package or their tooling.

This filter appeared to be identical to the Frigidaire filter in my refrigerator and was in Frigidaire packaging. However, the filter would not fit in my refrigerator. I took it to the store where I purchased refrigerator to see if it fit floor model; it did not. Upon consulting with sales person and further inspection, it was noted that the "female" end of filter was too shallow to fit, as well as the filter was missing proper Frigidaire model no like the original. It was determined by sales person that this was a knock-off Frigidaire filter in fake Frigidaire packaging. I purchased new filter at home improvement store and will return this one. Be aware!

They want you to be ANGEY! Open your fridge, find the filter and pull it out. It has a QR scan code on it that takes you not to the replacement filter, but to pay page if multiple filters. Does the fridge have the filter number printed inside in its info plaque? No. Is your fridge model listed next to the various filters on the web page? No. If you enter your fridge model number in the search box does it indicate the correct filter? No. it's like they want you to be frustrated, confused, and waste time and money on the wrong product. Furthermore the replacement light is a lie. It is not based on the actual filter status, it's just a time reminder. No smart filter. No pressure sensor. It will tell you to replace it regardless of the filters condition.

Walmart 3rd party sent wrong product (substitutes not authorized) charged me for substitute 12/23/25. I returned per WALMART website instructions. Confirmed FED-X delivery 12/28/25 but communication regarding refund or money still not complete. Steer clear - unreliable vendor.

BUYER BEWARE! I was wondering why this filter was such a good price. It's because this seller switched out the filter in the box! Scammer - do not buy.
