My son and I both love cheese with that being said he is an extremely picky eater and has texture issues with some cheeses. This one is perfect for him. He absolutely loves this and in my house this bag right here is a must because it gives you variety taste texture, moisture everything is absolutely perfect and I do recommend this.
I buy these for snacks for my grandkids for afterschool. My 14 yr. old grandson devours them. He heads straight for my refrigerator as soon as he gets to my house, he'll easily grab 8 at a time and ask for more, this boy is tall and skinny, has a metabolism that won't quit.
My husband eats three of these every morning for breakfast on the go, and they're a lifesaver. The variety pack keeps things interesting—Original, Cheddarella, and Colby Jack are all tasty and fresh. Convenient, individually wrapped, and easy to toss in a bag. Great option for quick protein without the hassle of cooking.
I have tried many brands of string cheese and this one is my favorite. I love the fact that it comes with 3 variety's. I do tend to not eat the colby jack blended one, because it is in a more "block like" form, and does not have the normal "stringiness" that string cheese has. The other two varieties are in the form of what you would expect for normal string cheese. I am a low carb eater, so these are great for me to grab on the go or when I am craving something cheesy, The kids love these things too, so I have to watch for when I'm running low so I am never without this quick snack!
Kid's cannot get enough of them. I like the variety pack best because they are actually different kinds. My local store only has the generic brand of theirs as "twists".
This cheese is a perfect example of "adequate but unremarkable" I would neither recommend for OR against it. It IS likely I will buy it again, until I find something more flavorful in the same price range.
Based on the name, I thought it was all string cheese--especially given that it is Frigo brand. They just "happen" to mention the string cheese first, leading me to expect something else. The string cheese was good. If I wanted a chunk of colby jack, etc., I'd buy it in slices. The non-string cheeses weren't so good to my taste. I turned around and ordered string cheese and eat the others from another brand with more taste.
I purchased these for a children's party. The children tend to eat anything cheese stick, but adults, including myself, noted that they literally had no cheese flavor. None of them tasted like cheese. The children ate them, but just because they were cheese sticks.
What happened to the swirl ones?? What is this orangish new cheddarella??? I never heard of that kind of cheesy or in my life… Taste different and the new ones are gross.
this was very good everyone enjoyed them but 1 just one in the whole package was moldy, i almost server it to a guest, lucky i saw it and quickly switched it out for mine, i would order them again trusting that this was just a onetime happening as we did like them.
