It's not top tier but still good enough. Not enough choices here but I prefer it over shredded to avoid wood pulp and antibiotics (natamycin which is banned at many stores now) in my cheese. I pick this one because you're getting cheese without the wax, like the other brand. It's a solid choice, but theses cheeses are often overlooked on dates; especially if they're in the Deli areas… so always check the dates.

I love this product for many reasons. I purchased it to be a salad topper. with just a small amount shredded on my salad (making it cost effective) it not only adds a great, rich flavor, it also adds a touch of resturant style to any salad. I could see it being shredded on soups as well, or even on a bread to toast for a toasted cheese effect! it is something that I will continue to purchase over and over! Enjoy...

it took forever to receive from the store because they drag their feet and mess up online orders, However that doesn't affect the product itself which works just as well as the name brand with the same formula for a much better price

Very good choice of block parmesan for the price and selection at Walmart. I've tried tons of other blocks of parmesan from Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Aldi and this one is still my favorite!

Good flavor and texture. Slices (planes) and grates well. The flavor and texture are definitely worth paying more for than the store brand. I add a little to my grilled cheese sandwiches. And for goodness sake stop buying in a shaker if you can.

I don't know what the blank is going on with Walmart grocery delivers recently. I haven't got a completed or correct order in 6 months. There's always something missing melted ice cream broken eggs or dead plants. Oh and also unauthorized inappropriate substitutions. Get your s together Walmart I am looking elsewhere to start shopping

Bought this to make spaghetti , started shredding it and came across a chunk of black mold in the very middle of the block. would not recommend. toldtold walmart and they wanted me to bring it back for a three dollar refund lol
