I was hesitant about purchasing this item based on the "not so good" reviews. I am thankful I disregarded the bad reviews and purchased these chips. Reviews are not always reliable....sometimes it is just one's own preference(s). Crunchy and delicious as they have been for 50 years. 40bags/$20 is a great value.

Ok, for starters, just a couple of months ago I would have given this box of 40 Snack Size Frito Chips glowing reviews! But in recent months, this product has really changed. I suppose the economy lag has caught up with them. I can't speak for the full size bags, but I can speak for these individual snack size bags in both the Original Flavor and the Chili Cheese. The chips themselves are thinner, and now immediately leave a greasy residue on your fingers while eating them. This has been a regular product in my grocery cart for over a year and a half now. I will no longer be purchasing them, as I gave them one last chance, and now have found other products to replace the Fritos Brand for my families snacking and corn chip needs. I am very disappointed in the decline of this family favorite snack!

expire date was for one week after the date they arrived. and now with the really slow shipping i wont be ordering chips online anymore. same thing with the Doritos i bought a month ago.
