Great tasting dip, goes great with white corn chips!
One of my favorite snack duo's. On this, I always go the name brand. I have a low tolerance for spicy food. I am always able tolerate the Frito Bean Dip just fine, especially when pared with the Frito Scoops. Think I am have a craving right now.
The price is too high. This is pinto beans folks, not caviar. However, nothing tastes as good as this does. Where are the baby ones? That is what I want. You have to buy them by the case from Amazon. That, or give them a kidney to pay for the shipping for each little jar! But, I love bean dip so I buy a big one here it is cheaper. :-(
This Fritos Original Bean Dip is a classic snack that never disappoints. The texture is smooth and creamy, making it easy to scoop with chips, and the flavor is rich, savory, and slightly spiced without being overwhelming. It's a simple, flavorful, and reliable dip that's been a favorite for years. Definitely a go-to snack staple!
This is my husband's favorite bean dip. I like it too. He uses this with the Great Value corn chips, when he watches football or late night TV. The bean dip has good flavor and texture, and this one has NO heat. If you want heat, buy the spicy version. We also use this when we make homemade tacos, because a few of us like a little bean dip under the taco meat. Not only does it taste good, but it helps hold the shell together. Highly recommended.
I hadn't eaten bean dip for over 10 years and bought it on a whim. I was a little afraid to try it. Would it even taste like beans? Would it be too spicy! I dipped a Fritos scoop chip in the dip, and I swear my eyes popped wide open. What a flavor explosion! Perfect combination of salt, beans, and spicy heat. I grabbed the bean dip, my bag of Fritos, and sat in my favorite chair. My husband saw what I was eating and joined me. That dip didn't make it through the night, and it went back on my grocery list.
I buy Fritos bean dip because I don't have the option to buy something else. Way to expensive for some mashed-up beans. I use to buy Great Value bean dip which was half the price and just as good. I wish Walmart still sold G.V. bean dip as well as other G.V. products it discontinued.
My husband loves this dip with tortilla chips. However, the way it was packed is terrible. The cans were badly dented and the box of crystal light was torn up.
So honestly after tasting this, i can make a cheaper, better version by just buying refried beans and adding a little taco seasoning and get more than this tiny can. Definitely wont buy again, not even a little spice to it, jyst like a bland can of refried beans with maybe a hint of tomato taste
These were delivered from my local Walmart supercenter. Both were damaged. One was so badly damaged, I think it must have been done intentionally. Very disappointed.
