Late delivery
The product itself may be fine, but it arrived almost a week late, so we lost the fish that was struggling with parasites while waiting for the treatment to arrive.

Package delivered with completely wrong product.
Don't shop this company. Ordered with them, received incorrect product. Customer Service had yet to respond to my requests. Will be filing a dispute with Walmart, don't know why they deal with this company. Bad customer service. Ordered 1 item and couldn't get that one item correct.
