Fritz FritzZyme 7 Freshwater Live Nitrifying Bacteria 8 oz

fritz is a go to product in the aquatic world for maintaining tanks old or new. bacteria can be good or bad but fritz can solve the problem.

I was concerned my fish were sitting on the bottom of my indoor pond so I tested the water and did some research on products to use to enhance the water quality. Someone suggested Fritz Zyme 7; so, decided to give it a try. So far, they're more active. Not completely, but more active than they've been lately. So far so good. The water looks much improved!

I saw a video on YouTube that recommended this to curtail the nitrite-nitrate problem that new aquariums have. There was quite a problem going on in my newest one. I had stocked it with twenty neons, thinking they were small enough in a twenty-gallon tank to survive the cycling. Sadly, I eventually lost all of them before I bought this stuff. Right now I have four platys and a catfish that have survived a week. I hope to add a few more fish at a time. I also recommend the Tetra easy strips for testing 6 different water quality issues with one strip.

Clearly this is something you should definitely use before the expiration date. The bottle I received expired back on July 13. not even close, received the end of November.
