I've been enjoying this Friwest espresso machine. Its compact size is one of the things I like most because it doesn't take up much counter space, yet it still makes a nice cup of espresso with a rich, smooth flavor. The controls are straightforward, so it didn't take long to get comfortable using it. It heats up fairly quickly and is convenient for making espresso in the morning or after dinner. The 20-bar pressure also helps produce a good layer of crema when the grind and amount of coffee are right. It has a simple, clean look and doesn't feel overly complicated. Cleaning it after use is manageable as well. Also, it's a convenient option for anyone who wants to make espresso at home without having a large machine taking over the kitchen.

What a beautiful espresso machine! With the added bonus of a milk frother. This machine is a more compact machine, but it has everything you need. You can make your espresso (even a double), latte, cappuccino, and even hot milk if you want hot chocolate. It is easy to clean, and it has a self-cleaning feature. It is fairly heavy, but very well made and sturdy. It comes with a nice instruction manual with all the help you will need. With this machine being so compact, it can easily sit on your countertop without taking up a whole lot of space. I highly recommend!

An excellent espresso machine that does everything I need it to and more. It froths milk, is easy to clean, and great for awesome coffee and for coffee lovers!

The expression maker is easy to use and looks sleek sitting on my counter. I feel like a barista making a latte now. I made a latte after it arrived and I set it up…. The flavor was great and the touch screen was easy to use. Would recommend!!

I'm a big fan of lattes, and this espresso machine has been a nice addition to my kitchen. It makes a pretty good-tasting latte, and the machine is fairly easy to use. I also like that it has a cleaning function, and the steam makes it easy to clean the milk frothing components after use. The biggest downside for me is the noise. This machine is really loud, especially while making coffee and steaming milk. Other than that, I think it's a decent machine for the price

I like the overall quality of this machine, but the instructions really need work, especially for anyone new to espresso machines. The manual doesn't explain how to actually load coffee into the portafilters or lock them into the machine. It comes with two different portafilter handles. One is straightforward and includes two filter baskets (single and double shot) that you insert yourself. That one worked fine once I figured it out. The second handle has a black insert built in, and I couldn't get it to lock into the machine, or figure out how it's supposed to be loaded with coffee. The parts diagram in the manual only shows one portafilter type, so there's no guidance at all for the second one. It's not that the manual is wrong, it just seems to be missing a lot of important details a beginner would need. I reached out to customer service about it, and they've been responsive. They asked for more details to help troubleshoot, so I'll update this review depending on how that's resolved. On the plus side, the milk frother attachment works well, and I really like the milk line cleaning feature. My only other small complaint is the power cord is on the shorter side, so keep that in mind depending on where your outlet is. Overall, a solid machine let down by a manual that doesn't give newbies enough to go on. Worth it if you're willing to problem-solve a bit, but not ideal if you want clear guidance out of the gate.

I've never used a latte / espresso machine before and this one is not very clear on how to use the attachments. I had to attach and unattached the milk container 7 times before the machine would recognize it to offer latte. Still not sure on which thing to use for which coffee and I have a part not in the instructions. First time I tried to use it, I only got a little espresso shot even though I selected 16oz latte. I tried again and got a latte. It tastes like a latte so that's good at least. Hopefully, it'll get easier to use with time.

It's kind of cheap but it will make you a cup of coffee so there ya go.
