So far my favorite thing about this Water cooler/ Ice machine is the bullet Ice. Alongside having cold and/or hot water on command it puts out a consistent supply of crunchy, delicious, ice. It's pretty quiet and blends into the background noise. I like the option of 2, 3, or 5gal water bottles.
This is so amazing, it makes the water hot, cold, warm without a hassle! I love how convenient it is! The ice maker is a great too! Im so excited to have this!
Was so excited but was totally disappointed. Got it set up water was flowing . It never cooled. Cool button would not turn on. Manuel had no information about trouble shooting. Internet no help. Returned
