I just Love 😍this shampoo and conditioner..I have very gray hair..And gray hair has No shine to it-very little silky nest to it..This shampoo and conditioner real brings it out. Thank you for asking me..Will buy it again %26again..

Good for course, frizzy hair
I have very course, frizzy hair and this makes it easier to blowdry, and to smooth my hair with a flattener.

Impressed
I have curly thick long hair to my butt and I really liked this shampoo and conditioner. They also smell amazing and the smell lasts in your hair for days. I might caution people against using it that have thin or oily hair because it does have oils in it

Smooth Hair, Fresh Feel
The fragrance is noticeable and slightly strong at first, but it is not overwhelming. The texture is smooth and a little thick, so it feels richer than some shampoos I usually use. It cleans my hair well and leaves my scalp feeling fresh after washing. The keratin is also a nice touch because it helps my hair feel smoother after each wash.

My item was missing from the box Only the conditioner was in it. I want a replacement shampoo sent The representative I chatted with refused to send a replacement Only to issue a refund Why should I purchase it again and have to PAY FOR SHIPPING AGAIN when it was your mistake Horrible customer service

Does not work as touted.
While the scent is somewhat pleasant, it does NOTHING to tame the frizzies. My hair is more frizzy and fly away than it was before. Disappointing.
