I'm a first time hot tub owner. It was a challenging trying to learn everything to keep the hot tub water clean and ready for use at all times. My buddy mentioned these and now I won't use anything else. The directions are clear, easy to follow and the silver half makes it obvious when it's ready to be changed out. I recommend these to anyone who wants minimum effort keeping the hot tub ready at all times.
The Frog @ease system makes it easy to care for your hot tub. It takes the guesswork out of the basics. I think the model I received is one of the newer ones since it has a hole on the frame to tie it off if you want. I like that feature. Shipping was fast and on time.

I was a first-time pool or spa owner and had no idea how to regulate or test water quality. I tried doing it another way, but my legs would itch a lot, and I seemed overwhelmed trying to stay on top of the water. I am so glad I found this product. It was literally take it out of package, click the two halves together, throw it in the hot tub, and forget about it. Within 24 hours, I noticed how much clearer the water looked, with no foam. The irritation in my legs has never returned. This is definitely worth the money to have peace of mind and a maintenance-free spa

Going to give it a chance. Had to tape the two sides together bc the point of connection had broken plastic. Hoping this rectifies the issue.
This item from Bargain Depot appeared to be reused Frog cartridges. They did not fit correctly, setting was already at 2 instead of off, chemicals smelled in the hot tub.
Why is this pump not working this is not old??
