I ordered the Frog Ease product for my hottub. Walmart had the best price. It arrived quickly (in fact sooner than I expected) which was a nice surprise.

Damaged
One of the cartridges was busted completely open, the other was fine and I haven't opened the third yet. In the picture, there was a lot more chlorine, but I threw it away-you can see on the edge where the cartridge was damaged.

Beware of fake product that appears real
Normally, this is a very good product, but beware of who you buy from. This was sold to me as an authentic product, and appeared authentic upon receipt… Putting me outside the return/refund period. When I started having issues with it, I reached out to frog customer service and they advised me that but the seller is a scam artist who sold me a fraudulent product. Now I'm out $50 and a bunch of time and water having to drain and refill my hot tub.

I think the quality control of building these is no longer good. I have used this brand in the past with good success. With level one selected the Chlorine was through the roof. I got rid of it and neutralized the chlorine and tried again, this time with a new cartridge and not open. Again the Chlorine was pegged. It was so bad when I took the cover off the tub my wife was able to smell the plume from over 100ft away. Luckily I was upwind when I took off the cover otherwise I think I would have had a bad exposure. Tried one more time after draining the tub and the chlorine was still extremely high. I can't recommend them until they get their QC on the cartridge figured out.

DO NOT BUY THESE!!! THEY ARE CHEAP FAKES!
DO NOT BUY!!!! This is not real frog ease! I'm shocked Walmart would allow this to be sold on their site. The chemicals are a solid chlorine block in the cartridge, not the small beads like the real Frog ease. It only lasts about a week under normal use. DO NOT BUY!!!

these are counterfeit. a real smart floor. have granules in them, these have giant tablets. not the same thing
