If you don't have this product run and grab it. The compatibility was great no harm hot tub stays clear. Instructions were great on how to handle and how to use it. Everything was packaged gray nothing was broken it's very durable and lightweight.

The frog has helped keep my hot tub balanced with chemicals and not having to think about opening the cover and praying it is not green. Especially when on vacation.

The Frog Serene Floating Sanitizing System made the initial set up really simple. It came with everything we needed: test strips, a jump start (initial shock kit), and mineral and bromine cartridges with a floater . The instructions are Lear and easy to follow, esp. for setting the baseline water level, dosing the initial shock for spa size, and adjusting the cartridge settings. Highly recommend. Overall, it's a very convenient all in one system that takes the guesswork out of getting a new hot tub up and running.

This takes the guess work out of maintaining a hot tub. Makes it super easy. Just read the instructions and you'll be set. I've been using this consistently for 2 years and I've yet to run into any issues. Keeps the water balanced, water smells good. No harsh chlorine smells.

I have used the frog system in my hot tub since purchasing it. It is a wonderful system that is easy to understand and helps balancing the chemicals in a hot tub so easy! It's a great appearance with the two prefilled chemical tubes that float with the floater that is included. I love that each box comes with chemical testing strips and it also clones with a pack of the balance/shock. It's very durable and a great value for the money considering the weight of the product. I highly recommend this system especially to new hot tub owners. It just makes it so easy to have a clean, balanced and sanitized hot tub. Definitely check out the frog brand!

I do not like how quickly it dissolves and I do not like how I not recommended how to use it because you don't leave it in while you are in the hot tub because that sounds stupid haven't floating around while you're in the hot tub so do I put it back in but there's no instructions so I think it's stupid and that's why I gave it three stars because it works but doesn't work while I'm in the hot tub... duh stupid as crap

The FROG Serene Floating System has made hot tub maintenance so much easier. The quality of the system is excellent, and everything feels durable and well-made. I was pleasantly surprised by the smell, there is little to no chemical smell compared to other chemicals that we have used on our hot tub. The components are very easy to set up and very easy to replace. I appreciate the longevity of the cartridges, which last a long time and reduce how often I need to check and adjust the water. The water stays crystal clear and the overall clarity is impressive. Our hot tub feels cleaner. softer and more enjoyable to use. If you want a convenient and reliable way to maintain your hot tub, this system is definitely worth it.

I have been using the Frog brand for my pool needs for years so I was excited to try the hot tub float device and I am impressed with how easy it is to use and the results are great. We just filled our hot tub for the season and since we live in the countryside, there can be alot of pollen that can quickly change the balance in the water, so I like thay this maintains the water and includes test strips so that I have some guidance in what my hot tub needs. They also included some extra shock treatments but I havent had to use those yet because this has kept the water perfect. I would recommend to anyone.

This product is not for instant use. Please read the directions! You need to go through testing your currently supply for ph and other characteristics so you get the right settings. In some cases you may also need to shock your system first, which it does come with a shock packet in the package. It is thorough and the instructions are easy to make sense of when you use this product.
