Does not hold heavy items

Horrible product! There is a clear plastic piece that is snapped into the hook when you first open it. You're supposed to put the tape on the back of it, stick it to the wall, slide the hook off, press the plastic piece against the wall for fifteen seconds, and then slide the hook back on. Well, there is no way to get the hook to stick to the plastic piece again. Just had to throw the whole thing away. A total waste of money. directions are very unclear
