From You Flowers Rose and Lily Bouquet

I take back my original review of this item and service. When they showed up they were asleep I guess, I am not there to see them, however I am now told they look wonderful. Thank you Walmart for you delivery service and for these flowers.

My mom loved the flowers. Everything was beautiful except there were few flowers that were crushed. I'm just happy that most of them weren't.

Hello, I am writing regarding my recent flower order placed on February 22, 2026 for the Rose and Lily Birthday Bouquet. The bouquet that was delivered looks nothing like the product that was advertised online. The arrangement I ordered was full, vibrant, and balanced with multiple large pink lilies and roses. What was received is noticeably smaller, less full, and missing the overall appearance and quality shown in the listing photos. This purchase was for a very special birthday surprise, and unfortunately, the significant difference in presentation has taken away from that experience. I paid for a specific product based on the advertised images, and what was delivered does not reflect that product or its value. I have attached photos showing the advertised bouquet versus what was received for your reference. Given the clear discrepancy, I am requesting a full refund to my original method of payment. This arrangement does not reflect what was purchased and is not worth the amount paid. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding how this will be resolved. Thank you, Jalisa

I'm very disappointed in my purchase. The flowers were dead upon arrival for my wife. I'm also requesting a full refund. I have photo to prove the flowers were dead upon arriving to my wife.

I placed the order with the wrong delivery address. I called in about 30 minutes to either change the address or cancel the order. None was possible, I ended up losing all the money.

Ordered for Mothers day, item came on time. The items themselves were in poor quality upon inspecting. Half of the flowers were dead upon arrival. I did the stem cut, food and water to try and refresh, it didnt help much. Usually when i order flowers online, there is some type of container or wet component to keep the flowers moist while shipping. These had nothing o f the sort. The stems were placed in the vase with nothing. The vase itself was loose and un secured. I was surprised the vase wasn't cracked or broken. Considering the the heat during the shipment days, the flowers likely cooked while being shipped and dried out. The flowers seemed like they were past their life. Not sure if the heat did that, or they were just old flowers. My wife compared the arrangement, and it looked almost identical to the $8 bouquet at trader joes the same day. From the 2 bouquet's orders, i was able to salvage a little bit. I didnt take pictures, i really should have.

The product delivered to my Mother for Mothers Day was nothing similar to the product that was ordered . Very disappointed

Third party dropped the ball on this one. Didn't arrive when expected. Called to follow up and they hadn't pulled the order from the internet . The product was squashed into a box with broken flowers .

I'm very disappointed. Last year, this arrangement was gorgeous. This year, they were cheap and not worth the price I paid. The arrangement should have had twice as many flowers and they should have been fresh. It was a dud.
