Front Load Perfect Steam™ Electric Dryer with Balanced Dry™ and Instant Refresh – 8.0 Cu. Ft.

This is our first Electrolux washer and dryer. We just completed the remodel on the house we bought and moved in. I have done 5 loads of wash and I can’t believe how clean everything looks!! We have bought other brands through the years that advertised how they get everything clean but I would pull the wash out (especially whites) and they looked like they had not even been washed. I put my robe with white satin edges on the sleeves that had gotten dirty when unpacking things and expected that it would come out dingy looking but the edges actually came out white again and not dingy!! I shopped around and looked at so many other brands that were cheaper but decided to spend a bit more on the Electrolux because I had bought other products made by Electrolux in the past and they were good products. Convinced my husband and bought the washer and dryer plus the pedestals and am so happy that we did!!!

Really nice dryer. Has a lot of features like steam and anti-wrinkle. Operated quietly. The touch buttons are mostly responsive. The only feature I suggest is to have a button to manually turn on internal lighting in case I want to see the clothes in dryer.

Immediately, I noticed a huge difference in how clean my clothes smelled, and more importantly, how they felt. The washer is very gentle on clothes, yet removed old stubborn oil stains that have been through the old washer many times. I also love the 15 minute quick wash/dry cycle, as I am constantly on the run and can forget to wash important clothes from time to time. The ability for the dryer to steam clothes for wrinkle removal is also super convenient. Overall, the purchase is well worth the money.

Now we put things in set it for what we want e.g. towels, active wear, delicate and run it. Clothes come out dry and smelling good. The steam feature is amazing for jeans or flannels.

I am really happy with results. machine is fast, has light inside which helps to prevent you forgetting any clothes inside. and my clothes are ready to use in a rather short time . I will go further and even add that clothes after drying are even smoother not so much wrinkles as used to be with my old dryer. I do recommend ;)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this dryer with the matching washer when our existing washer from another manufacturer started having issues at less than 7 years old. After talking to a repair specialist and finding out the repair costs would approach the cost of new units we asked what brands he recommended for reliability and serviceability. "Electrolux" was his first recommendation. So far we are very pleased with this dryer. It is quieter than the old unit. Does a better job drying clothes without causing excessive wrinkling. Has a water hookup to support actual steam when using the "Steam" feature. Just a great machine.

After doing research on washer and dryer combos, I decided on the Electrolux brand. I had white ones and my previous house that have been robust and working great for about 10 years. When it was time to move into a new home, I splurged and bought new and updated ones in a different color. I love knowing that my clothes that I invest in are being taken cared of even in washing. Washing and drying with the Electrolux gives me a peace of mind.
