Mexico in a Bag
Rick Bayless is a master with Mexican cooking and this sauce is evidence of his skills. I made homemade flour tortilla chicken enchiladas with this sauce. Jack cheese, white onion, and shredded chicken........then this amazing sauce. DELICIOUS!!

loved it and buying more
I bought a package of this at Whole Foods. I fixed it yesterday. Cooked some chicken tenders in this sauce in the pressure cooker, then removed & chopped the chicken and mixed in 1/2 a package of cream cheese into the sauce in the pot. I LOVE the cream cheese chicken enchiladas at a local restaurant, and this made a mixture just as tasty if not better than theirs. And, I can fix it at home cheaper, and not have to brave there steep icy parking lot! Try it... DELICIOUS!!!
