Dandelion root is rich in the carbohydrate inulin, a type of soluble fiber found in plants that supports the growth and maintenance of healthy gut bacteria in your digestive tract. Dandelion root is often dried and made into tea, but you can also eat it whole like other root vegetables. I have Dandelion root tea almost everyday, i even just eat the root while taking the tea! good for the gut
It's my first time to have dandelion root separately in a tea, it has earthy and sweet flavor. I blend them with any others I have, flowers or nettle leaves, it gives a great gound taste. Quality product with a decent amount! I wanna try the leaf of dandelion too.
Best Dandelion root I have ever purchased... I like it raw but it can be roasted, easily-giving me the option I live the flavor either way.. thanks Frontier for great product thank Iherb for making it available
The quality is amazing. It tastes pretty good. Made with organic ingredients. I use it twice a day to clean lymphatic system. Came well packaged. The benefits of this tea are amazing, look them up.
Dandelion root has a mellow, sweet, and slightly nutty taste that reminds me somewhat of oats. It makes a nice base for tea blends and works well with a lot of different flavors. A 1 pound package yields about 5 cups of dandelion root pieces.
very nice tasting tea, you can tell its organic because it smells very clean, tastes excellent, very fresh and clean. you get a huge bag, will last a long time and good price. definately cheaper than the health food store. excellent quality
It really helps with liver health. I get the roots and roast them in the oven and then I make a tea, it is a good substitute for coffee and great for your liver.
Started taking dandelion tea as liver tonic for my fatty liver as advised by Dr Sandra Cabot. Tried dandelion leaf tea, lovely grassy herby taste. Heard roots more potent for my use.
Taste is ok, serving size is small and easy to making tea with hot water, I will take it 3-4 times a week, think it is a little bit help of detoxing, will keep on
Drinking Dandelion Roots together with other herbs helps in healing and detoxing the body. Great substitute to drinking coffee or teas in the afternoon or night.
