I have been using the Frontier Co-op Organic powder powder ginger root for a couple of years now. It is by far the best powdered or granulated ginger root that I have tasted thus far. It is roughly a dollar an ounce which given the quality and taste is reasonable. It use to be on auto delivery which is what I subscribed to previously. However, I did not see that option this tome when I ordered. In any even, I make a hot ginger tea with raw unfiltered MN honey almost daily. It causes that kick or tickle at the back of my throat that any quality ginger root should cause. I hope that they never change the quality of this product.

Taste is awesome.
This ginger has a mild heat to it. Very fresh and flavorful. I love this companys spices. Ive been using them for 2O years. I definitely recommend them!

SO impressed. High quality GROUND ginger. 🫶
First of all, this is not ginger powder, it's ground ginger. There is a big difference! I'm glad the listing was incorrect. This is some potent, high quality stuff. So fresh. If you bought it expecting powder make sure to Google the correct proportions esp. if using in cooking/baking, because you need much less of this than the kind you'd buy from the spice section at the store. The smell is incredible, SO strong though, so unless you don't mind your kitchen smelling like ginger (I don't 😆) make sure to put it in an airtight container as soon as you open it. It will last longer too. I rolled and clipped the bag shut yesterday and I still smell it! I also bought a bag of turmeric from Frontier Co-op and honestly thought I was going to regret buying both without experience with this company but I am so happy with their products.

The taste is good but many of their formulations are pulverized to a powder consistency. I prefer more granular.
