Chicory doesn't taste as good as coffee (my opinion) but I'm trying to cut down on caffeine and it stretches my cold coffee without ruining it. I cold brew it like coffee. Comes in a grind somewhere between fine and coarse. My other half can't tolerate coffee but is jealous of how much I enjoy mine, so is drinking just hot chicory with a little sugar free chocolate syrup and half and half. He now wants it every morning so it must taste good to him. I am hoping to gain some health benefit from chicory but it's to early to tell. Price is competitive with others so I'll buy again.

I love that this bag is so large. It contains only organic chicory root and no other ingredients. I think it tastes like a high quality cup of chicory when I brew it.

if you want a non-caffeinated good for you coffee substitute this is the way to go. chicory root is more better than coffee but if you add the right creamer it works out really well.

Have always loved Frontier Co-op's roasted chicory root granules. They give my fake "coffee" good flavor and color (along with roasted dandelion root) without the caffeine that bothers me so.

I make my coffee using half regular and half chicory. It tastes richer; with out me jumping of my skin!

Flavorful and smooth. Fewer teaspoons required for brewing making a deep flavorful taste.

Just not a fan of chicory root evidently. Nothing wrong with the product and was looking for health benefits, and thought I could mix with coffee. I wasn't sure how to use it and thought it was granules, like instant coffee. But it isn't. I will try to find another use for it.
