Indian Cuisine
That is some superior cumin seed. What a flavor! I mixed it with the ginger turmeric garlic onion olive oil cinnamon a little cocoa and vanilla bean red crushed pepper salt and cooked it By adding a little water. Made original INDIAN Gujarati sauce to mix in with my cooked rice. Oh man I wish you could have smelled the Aroma and tried my Indian Rice Dish. We are still eating it with our cooked beans. The cumin seed made the spice blend delicious

Fresh and Potent
I'm using these seeds to make a Cumin, Coriander, Fennel tea as part of a 10-week 'get healthy' program for my gut. 1 tsp of each 'flavor' added to 6 cups of boiling water. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Strain and drink. Tastes great!
