I bought this thinking on doing chili oil but I tried with meat and the taste was great,I use it with eggs,red meat and chicken recipes,quality is great,I like to use it with Japanese bbq sauce on red meat and chicken, taste is spicy and a little sweet at the same time.

first time buying chipotle powder. that being said, i find this brand to exceed my expectations. it has a pleasing fresh and smoky taste and the heat factor is perfect for my family. Quality as expected from this brand, as well as the quality. The ingredient is so flavorful. Product is fresh and aromatic. Adds a nice kick to food would definitely buy again. it is really hard to find quality chilies in Japan. I use it for Mexican food or other things. the package means you have to have a jar or something. the size is huge and the taste is great. quality ingredient.
