My. Friend and i made a massive pot of mac n cheese coz we wanted some cheeky munchies for a big night in with the boys. This thing cooked up over 1kg of mac n cheese with plenty of powder to spare. Highly recommend, tastes just like the easy mac good quality great to use if you need a real cheap and easy meal. Just plop the powder in and youre all good.

This great stuff! The first time I made it into a cheese sauce with butter and hot milk. The second time I just sprinkled it directly onto my hot macaroni. Both were fine. I am especially pleased that it is not too salty, as many cheese powders are. Thanks for a happy experience!

wow the best producti bought from i herb, so much that all my friends and family wants to buy it too . so easy to use. huat add the amount you want to pasta with 1/4 cup milk and a few butter, and every past beacones mac and cheese ( we dont have it in my country, and what we have is sooo expensive!)

This product is versatile, delicious and convenient to use. The package is large, so I keep it refrigerated. I also have it in a small shaker bottle to use on popcorn. It also makes quick, easy and tasty mac & cheese. The benefit of having it in powder form is that it is easy to use in various recipes and never gets moldy!

I don't know what I was expecting, but this is certainly powdered cheese. The flavor was a bit more bland than I hoped but depending on your use, it can work. I used it for pasta and it wasn't that good, bit powdery and gritty and bland, but it's not bad, just don't expect cheesy miracles.

This stuff is great. Smells amazing when you open the packet. Great to add to sauces, DIY mac n cheese for hiking etc. Only downside is that it is very high in sodium. I don't add a lot of salt to me food so I was kind of surprised how salty it is. So this means, sadly, I will have to use it sparingly. If you like salty cheesy things - you will love this.

I add this to my Mac and cheese along with sharp cheddar and milk for more cheesy goodness .It is tastes salty so reduce the salt in your ingredients ocordingly.I was a member of Frontier in the last century and they have high quality products.I want to try to bake this into crackers.

It is a powdery substance that mixes well with anything hot. I add it to my MAC for creaminess but I mostly use this for my popcorn. It tastes so good and my recommendation for use is optimal If your on a diet do not use this proiduct because there is nothing healthy about ot except the fact you are using natural ingredients

Until Frontier figures out how to segregate their sensitive products, I won't by anything but spices from them. Even though tightly sealed in Mylar, this cheese tastes like a hodgepodge of aromatic spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, basil, oregano, just to name a few. It's pretty gross. I tried baking the taste out. This reduces the effect, but not completely. I can't stand it on my popcorn; ruins it. I had the same problem with Frontier maple syrup powder.
