Frontier Co-op Organic Maple Syrup, Granules , 16 oz (453 g)

A very good quality maple syrup granules, which I use instead of sugar. I sprinkle it on top of coffee, add to baking, oats or yoghurt etc. It's not as sweet as sugar, which I don't mind but does the job when you want a touch of sweetness. Good size package, which has lasted me for a while, but this, of course, is very individual.

Of course, you can substitute maple granules for sugar in baking or mix it into your oatmeal. Depression dessert: my Dad told me he and his brothers would sometimes get a maple syrup treat. His mother would pour a little maple syrup in the center well of a saucer, then arrange buttered toast strips around the syrup like rays of sunshine. The boys would dip the toast in the syrup, eating like kings. So, occasionally I mix the maple granules with softened butter and spread it on toast as a tribute memory to my Dad.

Next to powdered coconut sugar the finest sweetener you can possibly get on the planet. No joking, I mean it. I use that stuff for so many things, like homemade chocolate, and the result is always amazing. In fact, I'm going to order a new batch right now.

This granulated maple syrup is amazing. I use it for everything, and it's a great substitute for white sugar. Much better than the liquid maple syrup, since it doesn't add liquid to the recipes and can be used as sugar without needing to reduce liquids from other sources.

Very good taste and quality. I tested it with cakes and whipping cream and it worked very good because it's taste is almost neutral and behaves a lot like regular sugar. I also prepared berries jam and it came out very tasty. My kids didn't feel a difference.

The quality of this organic maple sugar was great! It made a big batch of hot cocoa mix (enough for roughly 17 servings). It tastes great and worked well in our recipe! I love that its just maple sugar granules and no other ingredients! Its a good sized package as well.

The best sweetener I found for pancakes (adding to the batter instead of any other sweetener). It gives such a taste.. I would call it romantic maybe :) it makes the pancakes sweet in a nice way, they also become more crunchy. I haven't tried it to sweeten drinks, but for the baking I find it the best sweetener of all. Yummy :)

Tasty maple sugar, the package not that big as packages with some tea leaf of the same brand which makes sense. I like that it's organic and I like Frontier Co-op products in general. There is organic maple sugar of another brand, also here on iHerb, that I liked more that that one, but this product is also fine.

Bought it because the maple syrup we regularly buy from iherb was discontinued. Haven't tried making syrup out of it but works well with other recipes. We especially enjoy it on our popcorn for movie nights like caramel flavored popcorn. Very expensive though so we only buy during promotions.

Love this brand but not this product. You have to mix 1 cup maple powder to 1/3 c water and it does not mix well. I had to mix it the next day as there was a lot that had settled at the bottom. Others had used this in baking but I wouldn't as it uses a lot-package states it is not as sweet as sugar and you need to use more of it....I'd much rather buy syrup.
