My 13 year old was having a lot of issues with her digestion. Somebody recommended we try psyllium so we tried this brand and I am very happy with the benefits of it. She noticed a lot less constipation and didn't have any issues with the taste. The texture was a little bulky for her but if you put it in a smoothie you can barely tell it's there. It's a really great natural source of fiber and would be a great help to anyone with digestive problems.

It's a fine psyllium husk powder! It blend so well with my morning yogurt and oatmeal, high fiber and very nutritious. Gut health definitely got improved after having this on a regular basis. The only thing is once you open the product you have to store in a vacuum sealed jar, this product doesn't come with a ziplock bag. In short, great product! Highly recommend

I started taking 1tsp with a cup of cold water and it really helped to limit my appetite. I didn't have any side effects El7mdullah. The powder mixture is very easy to beat. I taste is not the best thing but acceptable.
