Turmeric powder was recommended by my son for body aches and pains in my joints. Just started taking it 2 days ago and I am well pleased that I can already see a difference! I have been taking capsules for awhile prior to taking this powder. A teaspoon stirred into warm water and drink it. Not too unpleasant I follow it with juice or my morning coffee.

It's tea time
Tumeric with curcumin. I use this as tea in the morning with hot water and grade b maple syrup. Does a body good.

Wait and see.
The package does not have a Ziploc to keep the contents fresh after opening. Since my previous supply is not exhausted I have not opened it and cannot write about the product yet. Therefore my 3 star rating is for the packaging that DESERVES a ZIPLOC and I will comment and re-evaluate the product later.
