Frontier Co-op Psyllium Husk Powder, 16 oz

Just baked my first batch of bread using blond physllium husk powder and am thrilled with the results. After purchasing several different brands all claiming not to turn your bake goods purple, I did a lot of research on line and found an article on blond versus regular physllium then went looking for someone selling the blond specifically which brought me to this seller. It arrived in a timely manner and performed beautifully. My flat bread came out light colored with no purple hue at all. Texture and taste exactly as it should be. Definitely recommend and I will purchase again.

I was recently diagnosed with high cholesterol and was advised that adding psyllium would help. I ordered this product in the hope I could add it to my morning coffee with my collagen powder. It didn't work out because the coffee thickened pretty quickly. I have just been drinking it in 8 oz water and downing it like medicine before it can thicken.
