I've been using Frontier Co-op Senna for many years now for occasional digestion issues. It's so affordable and you get a huge 16 oz. bag of Senna leaves. The product I received was fresh and well packaged. It makes a great, soothing and fragrant tea and will keep you regular as well.

high quality leaf, awesome price! 1 lb is a lot bigger than what you think until you see the size of the package! I really like the senna tea, some of the benefits are bowel regulation, if you're feeling stopped up you can use this tea to get things moving. I usually drink a cup after I eat stuff that's likely going to make me feel stopped up and have no complaints!

This helps you poop. Make sure you do not have to go to work that day, or anywhere at all. If used at night, make sure you don't have anywhere to go the nest morning. This makes you want to x (see your creator).

I took it for the first time last night and I opened my bowel about 3 times today. I don't want to be addicted to it but I don't ever want to run out of senna either. thanks Iherb for making this available.

I used to use tea bags before they were not so good. But once i move to this loose tea its refreshing package is amazing size price and taste is just perfect

Firstly, it is a big package which will last you several years, so a very good value for money. Secondly, it is much healthier than senna tablets and drinking in a tea form, ensures that you are not going to get dehydrated.

I just put a pinch, Both times in my tea strainer thing. and all night I was cramping, you poo but it hurts your stomach. underneath it says upload image on this review. tempted to send a picture of my face when I'm cramping. PS. if your reviews too honest they cancel it out
