I've seen a big difference in muscle recovery and also with my sleep. Where I used to be really sore after training I take a couple of these and it really helps to calm my body and put me into a more relaxed state. Soreness has gone down and have been getter much better sleep at night. Would recommend this to anybody having similar problems

I noticed that I was having a hard time sleeping, gaining some weight around the mid-section, and I immediately thought low T. However it was anxiety. I talked to a gym buddy and he told me to grab this and frontline's CLA. I did and in combination towards the end of my second bottle I noticed wow the inner tube was gone, my mood was better, I was sleeping better, and just didn't feel all the anxiety. I take 1 capsule at night and sleep better, have less skins problems and wake up feeling refreshed with more energy. I love that it has 60 servings and doesn't smell horrible like other KSM products.

Ive noticed after a week or so that my body is rested when I wake up. I feel warm and fuzzy instead of wired and tired upon waking. My day is much more productive.
