Frost Fit Reusable Hot & Cold Gel Ankle Wrap for Pain Relief

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wrap effectively applies cold pressure to the ankle. It wraps securely. It is adjustable. I like that it can be used on either foot and that it holds compresses in place. I can wear it while I putter around my house, and it stays in place instead of constantly having to hold a hot or cold compress. I often wear it without any hot or cold compresses because the pressure of the wrap alone really helps.

And it stays put even when I'm up and moving. I haven't tried the hot version yet, but I'm sure it can only make it even better!

You can't wear it with a shoe but it's def more from resting and just relaxing with it on hot or cold. Has been very helpful and useful. Would be willing to try the knee wrap.

I put it in the freezer overnight and the next night I used it while I was watching tv. It wraps around the ankle nicely and you can adjust the tightness. It was nice being able to have ice around my entire ankle where normally I'd just have an ice pack on the bottom of top of my ankle. It's definitely worth the money and I'm glad I'll have it for whenever one of my ankles is sore

The Frost Fit Hot Cold Therapeutic Ankle Wrap allows you to easily choose the type of temperature required for your specific needs. It is also adjustable to fit a variety of foot sizes. It is also very easy to take with you while you travel and stays hot or cold for a decent amount of time. Unfortunately, unless you are sitting down and completely still, it does not stay on. For this reason, I only gave it a two-star rating. Maybe a bigger piece of Velcro, or Velcro in two different places on the wrap would alleviate this problem.
