Getting rain far away from my house has made a huge difference with humidity in my basement. The extra length lets the water go well into the grass. The second one reaches into my flower bed which has reduced watering. Takes less than 2 minutes to install. The only drawback is they do not recoil. It is something you have to do.

I've seen lots of comments from other users saying how this product does not roll back up on its own. This product does not claim to roll up on its own. Easy to install. Product works great. Keeps water from gutter pooling up around your house. Takes about 2 minuets to roll it back up. Will buy again!

they give you a metal twisty tie to use, to secure it to the gutter. I used zip ties so it would be more secure. you are getting exactly what you think, a plastic tube basically. there are drainage holes (diameter of a pencil) placed within the last ~18" of the tube. so some water will spill out of this at about 10-11ft , not the end at 12 feet.

At first, the purchasing process indicated that these items were unavailable, but going through the process a second time seemed to work and they arrived within a few days...very impressed!

I misread the ad, I guess, because I don't realize the price was for just one. To me, that's way too expensive especially considering how many brands there are on the market. The item itself is seems to be exactly what's advertised — rain water will unfurl it and move roof water farther from your home. You just have to roll it back up after the storm. It's a great idea!

IF THE WIND ISNT BLOWING IT WOULD BE OK HAD TO PUT SMALL ROCKS ON IT TO HOLD IT DOWN

A great length for me but wind blows it around and won't let it do its job. Would be better if it rolled up instead of lying wherever the wind blows it and twists it up.

Be warned, it doesn't roll back up. I have to go out and do it by hand after every rain. If I don't, it kills the grass underneath. Don't know what I expected for the price but did the inventer of this product even test it for themselves?
