I live in an apartment complex that doesn't offer covered parking so on cold morning I need extra time to defrost my windshield. While trolling the Walmart app I saw these cool frost guard windshield covers. I purchased one for my husband and one for myself. After trying these out I ordered four more for friends and family. This is so easy to put on and take off and my windshield is clean.
more than wide enough for my Honda , I was kind of skeptical of the thickness of the material but it worked fine no tearing ,cracking in all the ice and snow this winter-stays put and it does NOT STICK to the windshield. I have it folded up in trunk of my car ready to go again this coming winter.Good
Easy to place on windshield. The two Velcro straps for the wipers are strong enough in high wind. No sticking to the windshield, and easy to remove. This covers my Jeep Comanchee, with a few inches to spare on the side. The bad weather finds no frost to scrape, except for what my neighbors have to deal with, ha, ha.
The frost shield takes just a minute to put on and it stays secure even during high winds. I've had it on my mid-size SUV during a few frosts now and the windshield is clear when you take it off. It's a lightweight material and it fits into the included storage bag. If you don't want to use the storage bag then it's also just as easy to roll up and toss somewhere in your car or garage. For the price you can't beat this and it saves you a lot of time and pain scraping your windshield every morning in the freezing cold.
Absolutely perfect! Keeps windshield and windshield wipers free of ice and snow. I've used it twice now during big snowstorms, and just pull it off and my windshield is great! No scraping ice in the cold. Fits great, super easy to use and to fold it to put it away until next time.
I have not used this cover in a storm but I did unpack it and fit it on my 2022 TOYOTA Tacoma Pickup truck. Fits great and the storage bag is a good size and also very compact. The material it's made of seems very heavy duty. Would buy it again if I need another one. I expect it to last for many years.
I haven't tried them yet, but I bought them for all my children and grandchildren so they'll be trying that I told him to put it on at night so they don't get frost on their window
These are like a canvas material, durable. I had one tried to find another for the back window, this one wouldn't work well for the back but it's great for the front, only complaint is it could be a little longer, but im completely satisfied. I tried to find this brand on Amz and they wanted 27-44$ so definitely a winning deal with this one! Buy it.
It is way too small. This was made for maybe an Escort or small conpact car. Its approximately 8" too short for my Honda CRV. So either a third of the top of my windshield is bare or my wipers are completely bare. It was a total waste of money and now I got to waste my time returning a $10 item.
I have a small Escape and it was way too small. By about 10 inches. About 6 inches short on the top and about 4 inches on the bottom of the windshield. Returning it
