This item was brought as a Xmas Gift for a very special little girl. I feel strongly she will love it. Who doesn't love Disney Frozen. The price was excellent. I am getting a head start of holiday shopping. Winner !!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I purchased I would’ve definitely try to convince my child to pick something else. The mic hasn’t giving up but it does sound like it will.

Don't go by look. I was super excited to use it but it is just average. Overpriced for its quality.

Microphone quit working. We returned the first one thinking it was just the machine but it happened again where the microphone connection stops working as soon as it gets unplugged and plugged back in

Absolutely could not get it to connect to bluetooth. I tried every trick in the book and nothing. And since it comes with zero songs on it, my daughter had no way of using it.

You'd think the unit comes with some Frozen songs to actually sing along. There are no songs whatsoever!!!! You have to go through a wacky process to DL songs from somewhere (it actually gives no directions where to get the songs). I have a real Pioneer Karaoke system, and I am not sure how this calls its self a 'karaoke' machine where you see the words and the instrumental track is split to actually sing along. Not trying to compare this to a real karaoke, but it is sold as a 'karaoke' ...not sure how it is....

My daughter received this for her birthday and got about 2 days out of it before the microphone broke. The little metal piece that plugs into the back came out of the cord. This junk is way too expensive for how cheaply it's made. Instead of $50 they need to charge $15 and include an extra microphone.
