swai fillets are awesome
I recently bought a 2lb package at my local neighborhood Wal*mart, but I like many other customers had never heard of this type of fish. I just had a fillet for dinner. I broiled it for roughly four minutes per side and used only Emeril's Southwest Essence seasoning. I researched online, so I wasn't surprised when it tasted very similar to catfish. I especially like the fillets are individually packaged, so you can pull out as many as you want from your freezer and place them in the refrigerator to thaw out. The price is excellent. For five fillets the cost of the bag was $5.66 ($1.13 per fillet) and is farm raised in Vietnam. There are plenty of articles online pertaining to many types of fish and seafood, so you can determine if you want to try this product for you and your family. Rick
