[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How cute are these Frozen sandals by Disney! My three year old daughter is obsessed with Frozen so these are perfect for her. They're super lightweight and the back straps are very soft so they should NOT cause any blisters or irritation. Also, the fabric on them reminds me of a scrunch and it's so cute! I can tell these sandals are very well made too. The pictures are so bright and colorful and I love all the little details. If you have a daughter obsessed with Frozen too, then these are a must-have for summer!!

We always struggle to find shoes that will fit her properly but these didn't require any struggle fit her perfectly and what's better is she wanted to wear them. They are beautifully made and seem to be a good quality material. So far they are holding up well to daily wear. I would definitely purchase more pairs of these for my daughter as her feet grow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Frozen flip flops for toddlers are absolutely adorable! My daughter is a size 8/9 and the size 9/10 fits big, but will be perfect for summer. (Fit is of the larger size.) Durability wise they seem to be good. They offer minimal support, but they're a sandal. I didn't expect to get any. I was impressed at the elastic along the back of the shoe to keep the flip flops on her foot! I would absolutely purchase for my 3 year old Frozen obsessed toddler. 10/10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had just introduced my toddler to frozen for the first time so she was obviously super excited to try these on. I ordered what I knew would be 1/2-1 size up since it is winter and I knew this would be a beloved summer shoe. I would say they fit true to size and a decent width for a wider foot. Most importantly she can put them on herself! This is a huge win for us. She has been using these as slippers around the house and the strap does a good job at keeping her foot in. She has described the top strap as a bit itchy - but I think it just needs to soften with a few wears. I would definitely buy this style again.

I'm writing to you hopefully I can get the help and understanding that we the customers deserve, on April 27th i order a pair of Disney princess flip flops size 7/8 to my disappointment I received size 5/6, I ordered for my granddaughter because we were going to the beach since I didn't have time to reorder them, I ended up buying her a pair of sandals that cost me 35 dolls and that was Wal-Mart fault due that they sent the wrong size. I called customer care and the lady I spoke with to complain about it told me that she would refund the item and that I "could keep it" I told her i didn't want to keep the item because is useless to me instead I wanted to return the item and wanted to be compensate for their mistake she started to argue with saying that they didn't tell me to spend 35 dollars that she already had issue me the refund. I didn't even get my full refund! I paid 9.72 and she issue me a refund of 8.99 that is double aggravating I'm so upset about the poor customer service I received and the fact that my issue was not resolved. To the point that I'm considering cancelling my membership. I just hope that my complain is taken care of.
